Our Services, Examinations, Treatments

Comprehensive, multidisciplinary investigation and differential diagnosis of chronic pelvic pain, complete pharmacological and conservative treatment, which is unique in its complexity in private care in Hungary. During the first examination of these patients, a 60-minute consultation and examination is carried out to assess the patient's condition, after which further diagnostic tests and treatment options are determined.
Modern treatment of female and male stress urinary incontinence based on pelvic floor exercises, electrostimulation (vaginally or rectally), and computerised and mechanical biofeedback. The aim of the painless treatments is to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and improve sphincter function, in a course of 10 treatments, twice a week.

The following symptoms are primarily included in our professional profile for psychodiagnostic evaluation and treatment: psychological complaints associated with urological complaints and diseases, chronic pelvic pain and associated psychological symptoms, male and female sexual dysfunctions, relationship difficulties, somatisation disorders, anxiety and mood disorders.
Investigation and treatment of lower urinary tract dysfunction resulting from neurological diseases, conditions or injuries.
Preoperative counselling to prevent and alleviate lower urinary tract dysfunction after radical prostate cancer surgery.

Investigation and management of female urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, urogenital infections, urinary fistulas and injuries.
Catheter examination of lower urinary tract dysfunction. The most accurate method of measuring bladder and urinary sphincter function. It is used to determine the type of urinary incontinence if the form of incontinence cannot be precisely determined by basic examinations, or if invasive surgical intervention is required due to urinary incontinence.
In our urology practice, the most common examinations and minor procedures are performed quickly and painlessly (e.g. cystoscopy, catheterisation, urethral dilatation, bladder irrigation). Special services include pessary treatment, self-catheterisation education and training in the use of artificial sphincters, all in a discreet, modern environment.
